Cancellation policy:
We kindly request a 24 hour notification if you are unable to make your appointment. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the value service/s booked. We ask the fee be resolved prior to booking your next appointment and within 3 days of cancelled/no show appointment.

Client Satisfaction:
At lewis+ivey your Happiness and Satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us directly so we can make an adjustment, at NO charge to you. Our team takes pride in their work, therefor we try to schedule your adjustment with the stylist who preformed the original service, giving them the opportunity to help you and grow. However, we will always work the guest if necessary, to find the right fit. Please contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment to qualify for this service.
Return Policy:
Products are eligible for a return up to 2 weeks from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase - either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Tools and brushes are not eligible for return.
Client Policy:
We are an inclusive company and welcome all into our salons. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or guests.
Color Correction:
When doing a transformational color or correcting previous work, there is often a process involved. The integrity of your hair is very important as well as achieving your hair goals. However this process takes time and may require a few appointments to achieve. All of which is discussed in your consultation with your stylist. Proper home hair care will help achieve results faster.
Hair Extension Service Policy:
Provided you have read and signed our extension care contract agreement and have purchased required care tools and products, we offers a 2 week limited warranty on all hair extension services. If there is anything wrong with the quality of application within this time period, we will adjust at no additional charge.
Hair Extension Warranty:
Stylist warrants that all Services provided hereunder will be provided in a diligent manner that meets or exceeds generally acceptable industry standards. Clients have 7 days from date of service to reach out to the salon with any concerns. Stylist has NO warranty on hair purchased anywhere other than from the lewis+ivey salon. lewis+ivey salon holds no responsibility for any damage, matting, fading etc. For hair purchased elsewhere.
Hair extension Care:
•Always air dry or blow dry.
•Always use a heat protectant before blow drying or using hot tools, as excessive heat will damage the extensions & shorten the life time of
the extensions.
•Use an oil on your mids and ends at least 1-2 times per day, extensions do not produce oil like natural hair.
•Always use a sulfate free professional shampoo and conditioner, wash once or
twice a week
•Do not brush at the scalp! Start at the ends and work your way up.
•Brush daily to prevent mattig
•Use mineral free sunscreen as normal sunscreen will cause your extensions to turn orange. Stay away from chlorine, wet the hair & put in a leave-in & avoid getting it wet with chlorine water!
•Do not sleep with wet hair. Also put your hair in a low loose pony or braid but avoid tight buns or pony's for sleeping.
•Book your move ups every 6-8 weeks!
