Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a 24-hour notification if you are unable to make your appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the value service/s booked. We ask the fee be resolved prior to booking your next appointment and within 3 days of a cancelled/no-show appointment.

Client Satisfaction

At lewis+ivey your happiness and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us directly so we can make an adjustment, at NO charge to you. Our team takes pride in their work, therefore we try to schedule your adjustment with the stylist who performed the original service, giving them the opportunity to help you and grow. However, we will always work with the guest if necessary, to find the right fit. Please contact us within 2 weeks of your original appointment to qualify for this service.

 

Return Policy

Products are eligible for a return up to 2 weeks from purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase - either a receipt or record of purchase under a client profile. Products must be unused in order to be returned for a full refund. Used products that are more than 3/4 full may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Tools and brushes are not eligible for return.

Right to Deny Service

While we are an inclusive company that welcomes all into our salons, we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or guests. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. If anyone is under the influence of alcohol or drugs they will be asked to leave. 

 

Color Correction and Chemical Services

When doing a transformational color or correcting previous work, there is often a process involved. The integrity of your hair is very important as well as achieving your hair goals. However, this process takes time and may require a few appointments to achieve. All of this is discussed in your consultation with your stylist. Proper home hair care will help achieve results faster. When receiving any chemical service, the client understands there could be a risk depending on previous chemical services and hair integrity. Please follow the recommendations for proper home care and follow-up service. 

 

Extensions, Massage, and Aesthetic Services

Extensions, massage, and aesthetic services may require release forms and/or deposits prior to service. Clients must provide an accurate health history and inform their technicians of any changes or updates to their health/medical condition. Certain medications and conditions may affect services. lewis + ivey is not liable. 

 

Pricing Policy

We celebrate our team as they grow in their career through advanced education and hard work put in behind the chair. As a result, they earn raises which affect the cost of services provided. These changes happen over time and are per stylist. We understand communication is important and will always honor your previous service cost initially when these changes occur and you are informed of the change.
