cancellation policy
we kindly request a 24 hour notification if you are unable to make your appointment. same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a fee of 50% of service(s) booked. we ask the fee be resolved prior to booking your next appointment and within a week of cancelled/no show appointment. we appreciate your support.
